Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ScholarQuestor, provided by Dontscroll Agency (“we,” “us”) at scholarquestor.com. By creating an account or otherwise using ScholarQuestor, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

ScholarQuestor is a work-management tool: workstreams, tasks, notes, an optional Google Calendar sync, an optional Zotero library sync, and optional email reminders, organized into projects that you can share with people you invite.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.

The person who creates a project is its owner and controls who else can access it, including connecting or disconnecting third-party integrations (Google Calendar, Zotero) and managing reminder settings. Members added to a project can view and edit shared content within it, subject to the permissions the owner grants.

Connecting Google Calendar or Zotero is optional and requires your explicit authorization. You can disconnect either at any time from Project Settings. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of Google's or Zotero's own services.

• Don't use ScholarQuestor for anything unlawful or to infringe others' rights.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Don't use the service to send unsolicited messages through the reminder features.

You retain ownership of the content you create in ScholarQuestor (tasks, notes, and the like). You grant us the limited right to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you and the project members you invite.

ScholarQuestor is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dontscroll Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ScholarQuestor, including data loss from a third-party integration (Google Calendar, Zotero, email delivery) outside our control.

You may stop using ScholarQuestor and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
