I can't sign in or forgot my password
Use Forgot password to get a link by email. Accounts are email and password only. If you used to sign in with Google, the same link lets you set a password.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account in the app, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete account. It permanently removes your account and every project you are the only owner of, with everything in it. Projects shared with other owners stay with them. If you cannot sign in, email us from your account address and we will do it for you.
Does it work offline?
In the iPhone app, yes for reading: it keeps a copy of your projects, tasks, notes, outputs, events and library on the phone and shows it when there is no connection. Editing needs a connection.
What does the AI send, and where?
AI features are optional. They need an OpenAI API key added to the project and your agreement in the app. When you press an AI button, the text you asked it to work on is sent to OpenAI using that key. You can withdraw your agreement under Account → AI configuration. See the Privacy Policy.
Where do I report something wrong in a shared project?
Project owners can remove people under Project Settings → People. To report abuse or content that should not be here, email support@scholarquestor.com.
